Service Description

A 60 minute private sound healing session will include a 15 minute intention setting, 60 minute sound session and 15 minute reflection period. Biofield tuning is a gentle and relaxing, energy-based vibrational technique that is used to help release stagnant energy, emotional blocks, and resistant beliefs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing free of zippers, buttons or other accessories that may make contact noise with the singing bowls. Remember to hydrate before and after the session as you would any other body work or massage session.
